- You check the quality of the incoming raw materials in the incoming goods department and thus ensure a high standard right from the start
- During plant tours you check defined control points such as hygiene, process control and product quality
- Internal and external audits as well as our certification audits (IFS, organic) on your own responsibility
- You proactively deal with sustainability issues and the evaluation of complaints and use them to develop improvements
- You are responsible for developing packaging texts in compliance with food law requirements, developing new sweets and managing recipes
- You play an active role in designing and implementing the HACCP concept
- You prepare internal quality training courses, conduct them and support the further development of our QM system
Requirements
- A successfully completed degree in ecotrophology, food technology, food chemistry or comparable training forms your basis
- first professional experience in quality management is desirable - inquisitive career starters (m/f/d) or graduates (m/f/d) are also welcome
- experience with IFS and organic certifications in a manufacturing company is an advantage
- basic knowledge of European and national food organic in a manufacturing company is an advantage for you
- Basic knowledge of European and national law on food and food packaging will complement your qualifications
- Good written and spoken German and a valid work permit
- The ability to work in a team, motivation and a goal-oriented approach characterise you as well as process and interdisciplinary thinking
