- You will operate forklift trucks and other industrial trucks to load and unload containers, trucks and ships
- Internal transport and storage of goods in the port area are part of your area of responsibility
- You ensure that loads are secured in accordance with the applicable regulations
- You carefully check and inspect transported goods for completeness and integrity
- You are responsible for complying with safety regulations and employee protection measures in the port area
Requirements
- You have already gained experience in handling forklift trucks, ideally in the port or handling sector
- You have a valid driving licence for industrial trucks (forklift licence)
- Willingness to work shifts and weekends is a matter of course for you
- Reliability, teamwork and a sense of responsibility characterise your working style
- physical fitness and flexibility will also help you with changing tasks
- motivation and commitment characterise you - this makes you a real support in the team
- good written and spoken German language skills and a valid work permit round off your profile
