• You maintain an overview at all times when organising and planning transports

• You conduct price negotiations with freight forwarders and service providers in a confident and goal-oriented manner
• You closely monitor delivery dates and ensure seamless shipment tracking
• In communication with customers:customers, drivers and logistics partners, you ensure clear coordination and smooth processes

• You have completed training as a forwarding agent (m/f/d), wholesale and foreign trade merchant (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• You have already gained experience in internal and external shipping
• Knowledge of customs accreditation is part of your profile
• You have a very good command of German
• You are reliable and responsible in your day-to-day work
