• You will plan and schedule national and international transports together with the transport service providers used
• Carefully monitor the execution of the transports and clarify any deviations directly with customers and transport service providers
• In addition, you will process transport damage, deal with complaints and handle returns
• prepare all the necessary documents for invoicing and clarify any outstanding invoicing differences
• finally, prepare regular reports and ensure that the results are forwarded on time

• You have completed training as a forwarding agent (m/f/d); Alternatively, another completed commercial apprenticeship such as industrial clerk (m/f/d), wholesale and foreign trade clerk (m/f/d) or office management clerk (m/f/d) with several years of professional experience in the forwarding sector
