Job description

  • You plan and organise national and international transport orders efficiently and independently
  • You monitor delivery deadlines, check shipping and freight documents and coordinate with customers, drivers and service providers on an ongoing basis:and service providers
  • You prepare shipping documents independently and take care of the complete customs clearance for cross-border transports
  • In addition, you process orders from scheduling to invoicing and ensure smooth processing
  • You also ensure that all transport processes are carried out economically and on time
  • In addition, you support the team in optimising and documenting logistics processes

Requirements

  • You have completed vocational training as a forwarding and logistics services clerk (m/f/d), forwarding agent (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
  • You have already gained professional experience in scheduling, order processing or transport logistics
  • You are confident and familiar with MS Office and ERP or freight forwarding software such as SAP or CargoSoft
  • Your communication in German is business fluent and ideally you also have a good command of English
  • Organisational and negotiation skills as well as a strong understanding of service are what set you apart
  • The ability to work in a team and a high sense of responsibility complete your profile
