• Your main task is the organisation and coordination of imports as well as customs clearance processing in coordination with purchasing and sales
• In addition, you will assess and document import declarations, goods list checks and supplier declarations in the ERP system
• You are responsible for classifying goods in the customs tariff and checking customs-relevant data
• You check compliance with export control regulations and support the customs and export officer in the further development of internal processes
• You also provide support for internal training courses

• You have completed commercial training, for example as a forwarding and logistics services clerk (m/f/d), freight forwarding clerk (m/f/d), wholesale and foreign trade clerk (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in the tariffing of goods as well as in the area of shipping processing, foreign trade, export control and customs practice
• You are well versed in MS Office, ATLAS, WUP-online, BAFA and Access2Markets
• Your good written and spoken English skills make your work easier
• Regular participation in further training is a matter of course for you
