• You will create and maintain 3D designs (casting moulds, components and assemblies) for electrical power supply components
• With an analytical approach, you will optimise production facilities
• At the Kirchaich site, you will build up a sound technical understanding of the casting systems and apply this
• by identifying, evaluating and implementing optimisation measures, evaluation and implementation of optimisation measures, you will actively shape production processes and plant technologies
• In the future, you will take on the role of technical contact person for Kirchaich and external customers in the area of cast products

• You have a degree in engineering in mechanical engineering, plastics technology, mechatronics or a comparable field - preferably process engineering, mould making or process engineering
• You have at least 5 years of relevant professional experience in mould making, cast resin or injection moulding technology
• With sound knowledge in the design and manufacture of injection moulds or casting moulds, you are a convincing mould maker
• You are confident in using CAD/CAM systems, ideally Inventor or SolidWorks. moulds
• You will demonstrate your expertise in the confident use of CAD/CAM systems, ideally Inventor or SolidWorks
• You will benefit from your knowledge of materials science (plastics/metals) and quality methods (e.g. FMEA). FMEA) will benefit you
• English skills and occasional willingness to travel are desirable
