• You will be responsible for planning and coordinating the daily transport of goods in local transport to ensure smooth operations and optimum vehicle utilisation during the permanent night shift
• You will schedule drivers and vehicles, taking into account legal regulations, customer requirements and operational specifications
• In addition, you will check transport orders, record them in the system and be responsible for their timely execution
• You will be the central point of contact for drivers:drivers, customers and the warehouse - you always have a solution ready in case of queries or problems
• you also monitor and optimise routes, actively communicate with the drivers and pass on necessary information or instructions
• you check and document all relevant transport and delivery data and contribute to quality assurance

• You have completed commercial training, ideally in the field of freight forwarding and logistics, or have comparable experience
• In addition, you have experience in the dispatching of freight transport, preferably in local transport, and know the relevant regulations
• You are confident with IT systems (dispatching software, MS Office) and are open to new technologies
• Sure written and spoken German language skills and a valid work permit also speak for you
• You are prepared to work the night shift
• Your organisational talent and structured way of working enable you to plan and control transport processes efficiently
• You have good communication skills, can deal with drivers and customers in a clear and solution-orientated manner
• You have the ability to work under pressure, flexibility and the willingness to work in a team or independently
