- You will be responsible for programming and setting up CNC grinding machines and ensure that workpieces are processed precisely according to technical drawings
- You will monitor and optimise the CNC programs independently - ensuring efficiency and the highest quality in the production process
- You will set up workpieces properly on the machines and always keep an eye on the entire machining process
- You will check and document the measurement results independently according to a defined test plan - precisely, structured and comprehensible
- You regularly carry out maintenance and care of the CNC grinding machines and thus contribute to their long-term usability and reliability
- In close cooperation with the production team, you analyse technical challenges and jointly develop practical solutions for continuous process improvement
Requirements
- You have completed training as a cutting machine operator (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
- Ideally, you have already gained professional experience as a CNC grinder (m/f/d)
- You are also welcome to join us as a motivated career starter (m/f/d) with sound training.
- The safe handling of CNC machines and programmes is part of your tools of the trade
- You are familiar with various measuring equipment and testing methods and use them routinely in your everyday work
- In addition, you have a confident command of the German language, both written and spoken
- Precision, responsibility and a strong sense of quality are a matter of course for you - you work with care and an eye for detail
