- You enable people with disabilities to participate in working life
- You plan professional and personal development paths and accompany them with commitment
- You maintain an overview of work assignments, always taking into account the specified times and quantities
- You are there for those involved in basic care support
- You can contribute your commitment in part-time or full-time with 30 to 38.5 hours per week
Requirements
- You bring your professional experience with you after completing your training
- You always deal with people with disabilities in a value-orientated manner and according to our mission statement
- You have already completed additional training in special education or are willing to do so,
- reflecting on your professional actions is easy for you and you are happy to take part in supervision and case discussions
- you have a basic knowledge of Office applications
- you are characterised by reliability, commitment, a willingness to take responsibility and the ability to work in a team
- you have a good command of German and a valid work permit
