• You manage employees and take charge of the associated process engineering work
• You work safely with the process control system and comply with all manufacturing and quality regulations
• You actively participate in technical and organisational projects
• You work closely with other departments such as the laboratory and maintenance
• During your shift, you organise, monitor and control all relevant work and document it in accordance with the integrated management system
• You monitor, supervise and control machinery and production equipment used to manufacture chemical products such as PS, organise, monitor and control all relevant work and document it in accordance with the integrated management system

• You have completed training as an industrial foreman (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• You have experience in maintenance and in leading teams
• You are confident working with MS Office
• In dealing with quality management, safety regulations and occupational health and safety
• You have a good command of German and a valid work permit
• Organisational skills and an independent and structured way of working are what set you apart
