• You coordinate the entire process of a complex construction project as well as the proper execution of all construction measures to ensure high quality
• In addition, you are responsible for the execution and monitoring of all work as well as the contractually agreed scope of delivery by the respective user
• Furthermore, you are responsible for the consistent implementation of technical and contractual specifications within the ongoing projects to ensure compliance with all standards
• Construction progress control and schedule tracking are also part of your tasks, In the event of imminent delays, you will initiate appropriate acceleration measures
• As part of your work, you will support project coordination between all departments involved in order to effectively achieve objectives and optimise internal interfaces
