• You will be responsible for the independent preparation of the annual financial statements of four companies and will work very closely with the tax consultants and auditors:
• In addition, you are responsible for the preparation and review of all tax returns and coordinate these proactively and professionally with your trusted external tax advisor
• You are also responsible for ensuring the continuous strategic development of liquidity management in order to fully guarantee the financial stability of the entire group of companies at all times
• The preparation of monthly reports for the management is also one of your tasks, where you prepare complex key figures transparently and derive well-founded recommendations for action
• as part of your role, you will support the management in the digitalisation, automation and sustainable optimisation of all accounting-related processes within the various specialist departments of the industrial company
• finally, you will be responsible for the management and further development of the company's insurance system and competently accompany all special audits by the auditor as part of the reimbursement of concession fees

• You have completed training as a tax clerk (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or office management assistant (m/f/d) as well as further training as an accountant (m/f/d)
• In addition, you have a degree in business administration with a focus on finance or a comparable commercial qualification with relevant professional experience
• You are confident in the common MS Office applications, especially in Excel, and you ideally have several years of experience from a manufacturing industrial company
• You have a native level of written and spoken German and a clear manner of expression for internal and external communication with the tax consultants
• You have a valid work permit and reside in Germany, in order to be able to reliably carry out financial activities for our clients at all times without legal restrictions
• Furthermore, you have a high degree of initiative and a sense of responsibility and impress with a structured, goal-oriented and absolutely reliable way of working in accordance with HGB standards
• Finally, you are flexible and work absolutely reliably, whereby you analyse complex tax and legal issues with confidence and independently accompany the corresponding procedures
