• You will take over and manage the electrical department with 6 employees
• You will be responsible for creating and modifying circuit diagrams using the innovative CAD system (WSCAD)
• You will be responsible for recording the requirements for electrical components
• You will ensure compliance with quality standards and legal regulations
• You will work closely with other departments (e.g. construction, assembly)
• The electrical and mechanical assembly in accordance with the drawing documents as well as commissioning and testing of completed machines, including software updates, troubleshooting, analysis and error analysis.e.g. design, assembly)
• The electrical and mechanical assembly according to drawing documents as well as commissioning and testing of the completed machines, including software updates, troubleshooting, fault finding, analysis and error correction round off your job profile

• A completed apprenticeship e.g. as an electronics technician (m/f/d), mechatronics technician (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• You have already gained management experience, ideally also in drive technology
• You are willing to take on occasional service assignments and are enthusiastic about new challenges
• You also have computer skills, manual dexterity and strong social skills
• Good German language skills and a valid work permit are part of your profile
• You are characterised by your independent, motivated and structured way of working
