Job description
- You will be responsible for the technical and disciplinary management of the quality management department; You will organise the day-to-day operations and strategically develop the areas of incoming goods, testing laboratory, quality planning, control, information and complaints management
- At the production site, you will ensure the smooth organisation, monitoring and implementation of process and product quality
- You will independently plan and coordinate measures to identify weak points, continuously develop the QM system and ensure a sustainable problem-solving process, including root cause analysis and the targeted initiation of corrective or preventive measures throughout the entire company
- You constantly realign the quality department to new legal requirements and changing customer requirements and thus manage continuous further development
- You consistently implement legal and operational quality guidelines and thus ensure compliance with all legal and normative requirements for products and services
- You plan internal and external audits with foresight, actively shape their implementation and remain the point of contact for all relevant interfaces during support
Requirements
- You have completed technical training and ideally supplement your profile with additional training in quality management, for example in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001:2015, DIN EN ISO 14001:2015 or comparable standards
- You have already gained experience in auditing both internally and externally and are very familiar with relevant audit processes
- Over several years, you have led teams and supported their development and actively help to shape change processes
- You are characterised by goal-oriented, structured and solution-oriented work; analytical approaches are a matter of course for you
- you have a strong technical understanding of manufacturing technologies and think entrepreneurially in complex contexts
- you combine a high level of enthusiasm, empathy as well as communication and teamwork skills with a convincing and assertive demeanour
- You are confident with MS Office and ideally also with AP+ and use these tools routinely in your day-to-day work
- A high degree of self-organisation is a matter of course for you and is reflected in your daily work
- You have a good command of written and spoken English
