• You will manage and develop the Technical Service Management department, lead the team and organise work processes for the efficient use of resources
• Reliably ensure the technical operation of the hospital and ensure the operational readiness and operational safety of all buildings, facilities and technical equipment
• you plan, manage and implement technical investment, construction and maintenance measures with foresight and contribute to the strategic development of the structural and technical infrastructure
• you manage award and contract processes professionally, prepare and carry out tenders and coordinate external service providers, including quality control
• you are responsible for energy and resource management and continuously develop the requirements of the Energy Efficiency Act (EnEfG)
• you ensure compliance with legal requirements, technical standards and operator obligations
• you support the hospital management in an advisory capacity in all matters relating to technical infrastructure, building development, energy efficiency and investment planning

• You have a degree from a university of applied sciences, a master craftsman or state-certified technician qualification or comparable training
• You have several years of relevant professional experience in a comparable position, ideally in the healthcare or public sector, You are characterised by
• profound knowledge of building and supply engineering as well as technical facility management
• experience in managing and developing employees
• knowledge of procurement and contract management and ideally electricity and energy tax law
• You will be on call
• You have a good command of written and spoken German and a valid work permit
• You are characterised by a confident manner and strong communication and organisational skills
• Negotiation skills and assertiveness towards contractors, authorities and external partners
