- You are responsible for preparing the annual operating and heating cost statement
- You carefully process objections and reliably handle correspondence with tenants and suppliers
- You regularly monitor and review service contracts
- You are responsible for invoice verification and payment transactions
- You actively support the team in the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements
- You optimise processes together with heat and annual financial statements

- You routinely take on the integration of the heating cost statement into the operating cost statement
- You carry out special and project tasks as instructed by your superiors
Requirements
- You have completed training in the housing or property industry or have comparable qualifications
- You have practical experience in the area of operating and heating costs
- You have a sound knowledge of MS Office, ideally supplemented by experience with Wodis Sigma
- Your strengths include an understanding of accounting and an affinity for numbers
- A confident demeanour, team spirit and reliability
