- You are the central point of contact for all HR-related topics and actively shape HR work in a future-oriented manner
- You provide holistic support and advice to managers and employees on all HR and labour law issues
- You manage the entire recruiting process responsibly and implement employer branding activities in a targeted manner
- You play an active role in personnel development and strategic HR projects

Requirements
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, preferably supplemented by further training in human resources, e.g. as an HR specialist (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
- several years of professional experience in HR, ideally as an HR generalist, You have
- profound knowledge of relevant HR topics and labour law
- you are confident and experienced with MS Office
- you are driven by a high level of initiative and enjoy taking on responsibility
- you always handle sensitive data with discretion and reliability
- willingness to learn, flexibility, team spirit and commitment round off your profile
- independent, careful, structured and service-orientated work is one of your strengths
