Job description

  • You will be responsible for the entire administrative process from joining to leaving of your assigned employees as a central focus
  • You will prepare the monthly payroll and maintain the time management data for your colleagues in compliance with legal requirements:
  • Supporting the recruitment process by placing targeted adverts and coordinating interviews ensures that you attract new talent to your team at the Plettenberg site
  • Being the point of contact for managers and employees on all HR-related issues, is part of your daily responsibilities and requires your empathetic communication skills
  • The optimisation of internal HR processes and the careful maintenance of digital personnel files also require your proactive approach and strong commercial precision in day-to-day business

Requirements

  • Successfully completed training as an HR specialist (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or office management clerk (m/f/d) forms your sound professional basis
  • Your professional career is characterised by several years of professional experience in operational HR work as well as your basic knowledge of labour and social security law
  • A confident handling of common ERP systems and an experienced use of MS Office programmes are essential for your efficient process design

  • German language skills at native speaker level in spoken and written form as well as your clear communication are decisive for internal cooperation at all times
  • The performance of this activity requires your permanent residence in Germany as well as a valid and unlimited work permit for your long-term planning
