Job description

  • You are responsible for planning and implementing complex projects in technical building services and maintaining an overview from start to finish
  • You are responsible for the professional handling of heating, ventilation, sanitary and air conditioning systems and ensure high quality standards
  • You develop technical concepts both independently and as part of a team - your ideas are in demand
  • You coordinate with other specialist planners and with neighbouring trades, in particular electrical engineering
  • You will carry out pipe network and heating load calculations independently, prepare detailed technical analyses and optimise the systems in a targeted manner
  • You will actively participate in the preparation and creation of specifications and tenders and contribute your experience

Requirements

  • You have a degree in supply engineering - alternatively, you have completed training as a master craftsman or technician:in supply or energy technology
  • You are confident in using CAD programmes, ideally Trimble Nova, and use them for your planning
  • You are experienced in using a sound knowledge of MS Office
  • In addition, you have a good command of written and spoken German and a valid work permit
  • Your structured and careful way of working, paired with a high level of personal responsibility, will support you in your day-to-day business
