- You are responsible for the planning and implementation of demanding projects in technical building services - you keep an eye on all the details
- You carry out the technical and graphic implementation of the heating, ventilation, plumbing and air conditioning trades in a precise and solution-oriented manner
- You coordinate with other specialist planners and work closely with neighbouring trades, in particular electrical engineering
- You will independently and reliably prepare pipe network calculations, heating load calculations and technical analyses for the optimal design of the systems
- You will actively participate in tenders and support the creation of specifications with your experience
Requirements
- You have completed training as a technical system planner (m/f/d) in the fields of plumbing, heating and ventilation or a comparable qualification
- You are confident in using CAD programmes, preferably Trimble Nova, and use them specifically for your planning
- In addition, you have a good command of written and spoken German and a valid work permit
- Using MS Office is part of your everyday life and facilitates many processes
- Your analytical, structured and independent way of working helps you to reliably solve complex tasks
- Team orientation and strong communication skills characterise you
