• You will be responsible for the management and processing of technical building services projects, including heating, cooling, ventilation and sanitary technology
• You will be in charge of controlling deadlines, quality and costs
• You will be responsible for initiating material orders
• You will be responsible for the management of supplements
• You will be responsible for communication with clients, project participants, suppliers and subcontractors

• You have completed further training as a technician (m/f/d) or master craftsman (m/f/d) in plumbing, heating, air conditioning/ventilation or supply engineering, or alternatively you have completed training as an HVAC system mechanic (m/f/d), gas/water fitter (m/f/d) or heating engineer (m/f/d) with several years of professional experience
• you have relevant professional experience in the HVAC sector and commercial knowledge
• you also have sound knowledge of MS-Office
• good written and spoken German skills distinguish you
• you can score points with a class B driving licence
• reliability and team spirit speak for you
• a valid work permit rounds off your profile
