- You will be responsible for checking and monitoring delivery dates
- You will also be responsible for planning production processes, taking into account technical and economic data
- You will coordinate between production, warehouse and sales
- You will be responsible for preparing and analysing key production figures
- You will be responsible for calculating quotations and preparing quotations for metal products (e.g. machine parts, sheet metal parts, components)
- You will process customer enquiries and orders
- You will be responsible for organising shipping and logistics. e.g. machine parts, sheet metal parts, components)

Requirements
- You have completed training as an office administrator (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
- You are confident in using MS Office
- You have a good command of written and spoken German
