- Determine requirements and order raw materials, semi-finished products and finished parts such as metal sheets, screws or machine components
- Reliably check and monitor delivery deadlines and ensure a smooth process
- Structurally plan production processes, taking into account technical and economic aspects
- Actively coordinate between production, warehouse and sales and ensure efficient cooperation
- Create and analyse key production figures, so that decisions can be made on the basis of data
- In calculating quotations, you will impress with your accuracy and write professional quotations for metal products and components
- Process customer enquiries and orders in a service-oriented manner and take on the organisation of shipping and logistics
- Responsibly take care of invoice processing, payment transactions and cost accounting and monitor the budget
Requirements
- You have completed training as an industrial clerk or have a comparable qualification
- You are confident in using MS Office and use the programmes specifically for your tasks
- Good written and spoken German skills enable you to communicate efficiently and confidently
- Reliability, teamwork, technical understanding and a precise way of working characterise your working style
