- You will independently look after a customer base and work closely with key account management, application technology and the plant
- You will reliably process customer enquiries, price calculations and quotations
- You will support the preparation of price negotiations and contract reviews by analysing data
- Order processing, deadline monitoring and backorder management are part of your tasks
- You will maintain master data and prices in SAP, as well as the assignment of customer article numbers and the processing of selected customer portals
- You check price agreements, create price lists and clarify price differences
- Account clarification and regular checking of open items as well as general administrative tasks including analyses and material forecasts round off your field of activity
Requirements
- You have completed training as an industrial clerk (m/f/d) or office clerk (m/f/d)
- Your first experience in the above-mentioned area is desirable
- SAP knowledge will benefit you
- Your organised and reliable way of working rounds off your profile
