Job description
- Responsible for the operational purchasing process from requesting quotations and order processing to deadline tracking and supplier communication
- Ensuring material availability by coordinating requirements with customers and specialist departments as well as coordinating logistics, disposal and inventory processes
- Supporting accounts payable and accounts receivable, especially in invoice verification, invoicing, reconciliations and documentation
- Structured organisation and maintenance of accounting and administrative documents
- Involvement in general office, personnel and administrative organisation including communication with authorities and approval processes
- Professional customer communication including coordination of requirements and processing customer feedback
Requirements
- You have completed commercial training, for example as an office management assistant (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
- In addition, you ideally have experience in purchasing or materials management
- Basic knowledge of financial accounting, in particular accounts payable and accounts receivable
- A confident use of MS Office is one of your strengths
- Reliability and the ability to work in a team are a matter of course for you
