- You carefully prepare escalators and moving walks and fit them with the appropriate components
- You precisely position the guide systems using a special adjustment device
- You install comb plates and frames on standard escalators and make sure that everything fits reliably
- You install the balustrade with the help of modern handling equipment
- You independently carry out test and final runs on escalators, carefully checking their function
- Installing external panelling in both standard and more complex versions
- Manually installing the escalator's guide system and ensuring that everything runs smoothly
- Stairband, You will install the handrail safely and in accordance with the applicable specifications
- You will carry out crane work with overhead cranes and radio remote controls independently
- You will also be responsible for dismantling escalators
Requirements
- You have completed technical training, preferably as an industrial mechanic (m/f/d) or in a similar professional field
- You have at least one year of practical experience in the technical field
- You are experienced in reading and understanding technical drawings
- Working in a two-shift system is no problem for you
- You have a valid crane licence for crane work, which entitles you to operate overhead cranes of up to 10 tonnes; Ideally, you have already gained experience with radio remote control
- You have a good command of German and a valid work permit
