- You will be responsible for the professional pre-completion of an escalator or moving walk
- In addition, you will be responsible for the precise adjustment of the entire guide system
- Furthermore, you will supervise the assembly of comb plates and frames for standard escalators
- The assembly of the balustrade with the help ofescalators
- You will be responsible for assembling the balustrade with the help of handling equipment
- As part of your job, you will support the test run and the final run
- You will carry out the assembly of complex external panelling according to technical drawings
- You will also be responsible for the manual assembly of the step band and the plinths
- Finally, you will carry out the necessary dismantling work on existing systems safely and professionally
Requirements
- You have completed vocational training as an industrial mechanic (m/f/d), precision mechanic (m/f/d) or you have an equivalent qualification as a metalworker (m/f/d)
- In addition, you have at least one year of sound professional experience in the field
- You are characterised by your confident knowledge of reading technical drawings
- You are willing to work in a 2-shift system, as this role requires flexible working hours and shift readiness
- Furthermore, you have a crane qualification for overhead cranes up to 10 tonnes
- German language skills at a confident level in spoken and written are a matter of course for you
- You have a valid work permit and residence in Germany in order to be able to carry out the activities without legal restrictions
- Finally, you are reliable and always work in a structured and absolutely conscientious manner
