• You will cut and punch various materials such as copper, aluminium, pressboard, GRP and insulation materials
• Your task is to precisely join a wide variety of materials using liquid adhesive and adhesive tapes
• You will use semi-automatic machines and various winding techniques to produce complex coils
• You will set up, operate and monitor modern winding machines, set up tools and devices independently
• Properly create soldered and welded connections
• Assemble windings, cores, active parts, switch cabinets, enclosures and other transformer components
• Your work includes connecting leads at various points using crimping techniques and screw connections in accordance with the technical documentation
• You wire various components according to the circuit diagram
• You always work according to drawings and parts lists and implement them precisely

• You have completed training in the metal sector as an industrial mechanic (m/f/d), mechatronics technician (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• With your confident handling of sawing, punching or roller cutting machines, you will effectively implement your tasks
• Technical understanding and manual skills characterise you
• Your ability to read technical drawings, will support you in the precise implementation of work processes
• Good written and spoken German skills will enable you to communicate clearly
• Your willingness to work shifts in a 2-shift system will make you flexible
• The ability to work in a team, communication skills and flexibility will enrich your cooperation in the production environment
