- You will clean parts, carry out masking, priming and final painting work and ensure process reliability in the painting area
- Sources of error such as compressed air generation, filter installation, commissioning of spray guns and preparation for metal priming and washing, You will identify and reliably rectify sources of error such as compressed air generation, filter installation, commissioning of spray guns and preparation for metal primer as well as washing, sanding or corrosion protection
- You will be responsible for the maintenance of the painting systems as well as active quality assurance during the ongoing process
- You will be confident in handling lifting gear and cranes
- You will implement measures for occupational health and safety and environmental protection and actively support the analysis and optimisation of processes and production sequences
- You will complete booking processes in SAP (time confirmations) promptly, take part in regular communication and CIP meetings and work on the elimination of quality deviations
Requirements
- You have completed training as a specialist for industrial or vehicle painting (m/f/d)
- You have at least 3 years of relevant work experience
- Good knowledge of materials science and process engineering as well as basic knowledge of quality assurance and occupational safety
- A conscientious way of working, willingness to learn and high quality orientation characterise you
- The ability to work in a team, communication skills, resilience and flexibility are part of your profile
- Willingness to work in 2 shifts is a matter of course for you
- Good written and spoken German language skills and a valid work permit round off your profile
