• You are responsible for maintaining and safeguarding the painting process
• You carry out colour changes independently and ensure a consistent quality standard by adjusting, monitoring and approving the painting process
• You monitor the supply of parts and empties at the painting system, at the control station and during pad printing
• In addition, you train the workers:inside at the paint shop and at the inspection station
• You are responsible for documenting quantities, process releases and keeping the shift log
• You carry out maintenance work independently in accordance with maintenance schedules
• Finally, you are responsible for the procedure in the event of technical problems, using Jidoka principles if necessary. using Jidoka principles

• You have completed vocational training as an industrial painter (m/f/d), vehicle painter (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification as well as further training as a master craftsman (m/f/d) or technician (m/f/d)
• You have several years of practical experience in managing a small team or in a deputy management position
• You have several years of practical experience in the paint shop, ideally in industrial painting
