Job description

  • As the first point of contact, you coordinate the exchange with our insurance broker and the insurance companies and ensure a smooth process
  • Property insurance as well as liability, property insurance as well as liability, building and fleet vehicle insurance including contracts are your area of responsibility
  • You are responsible for portfolio optimisation and contract management independently and always keep an eye on all deadlines
  • You carry out claims management independently and manage all internal and external communication

Requirements

  • Completed training in the insurance industry, for example as an insurance and finance clerk (m/f/d), a degree or comparable qualification
  • Ideally, you have gained your first professional experience in a similar position or in the field of property and commercial insurance
  • You are confident and experienced in using MS Office applications
  • You can communicate confidently and professionally with a very good command of written and spoken German
  • A valid work permit and residence in Germany enable you to to take on the tasks without restriction
  • Your strong communication skills make you convincing in every situation
  • Your way of working is structured, careful and you keep a cool head even in work-intensive phases
  • Teamwork skills and the joy of actively improving processes round off your profile
