- You will be responsible for scheduling and calendar maintenance, organising meetings and workshops and creating presentations and minutes
- You will be responsible for preparing project status reports, tracking tasks and deadlines and coordinating project meetings
- You will also research and prepare specialist topics, create evaluations and key figures and provide support with process optimisation
- You will provide support with special topics and prepare presentations for the Executive Board and management
Requirements
- You have completed training as an office administrator (m/f/d), insurance and financial investment clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
- You already have several years of relevant professional experience
- You are confident in using a PC and have MS Office skills
- You are characterised by good written and spoken German
- Reliability, the ability to work in a team and a precise way of working round off your profile
