Job description

  • You will act as an interface between Sales, Logistics and the system
  • You will also actively support Key Account Management and ensure that processes run smoothly in the background
  • You will be responsible for maintaining and updating Excel lists and sales overviews
  • You will be responsible for communicating by email with internal departments and external partners
  • Coordinating the provision of goods in coordination with Logistics and entering and maintaining data in the SAP system.
  • You are an active help and are responsible for administrative tasks in the sales environment
  • Ensuring structured and timely order processing rounds off your job profile

Requirements

  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, e.g. as an industrial clerk (m/f/d), office management assistant (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
  • You have already gained some professional experience in administration, internal sales or office work
  • Ideally, you have some SAP experience
  • You are characterised by a very good command of German
  • A confident use of MS Office, especially Excel, is a matter of course for you
  • Your structured, organised and careful way of working speaks for itself
  • Communication, resilience and reliability are among your strengths
