Job description

  • You will be responsible for the complete preparation of quotations as well as the recording and tracking of all customer orders within the internal system for a smooth process
  • In addition, you will be responsible for maintaining the master data in the ERP system and ensuring that all information is up-to-date and available to the team at all times
  • Furthermore, you will be responsible for telephone and written correspondence with customers and act as a competent contact person for all sales-related questions and concerns in day-to-day business

  • Professional support with administrative tasks in the back office and the preparation of documents for the department management are also part of your daily and responsible tasks

Requirements

  • You have successfully completed training as an office management assistant (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or forwarding and logistics clerk (m/f/d)
  • In addition, you have sound professional experience in commercial processing or order processing, ideally in a manufacturing industrial company or a similar technical environment
  • You have a sound knowledge of common MS Office applications and modern ERP systems, enabling you to work efficiently
  • You have a native level of written and spoken German and a good basic knowledge of English to ensure communication with international customers:
  • Furthermore, you have a high degree of reliability and team spirit and impress with your structured and goal-oriented approach to complex commercial issues
