• You are in contact with our customers by phone and in writing
• With care you process customer enquiries and create suitable offers
• You support the sales team in order processing and keep processes flowing
• In addition, you maintain and update customer data in the CRM system (Salesforce)
• In close cooperation with Sales, marketing and logistics, you ensure smooth processes
• thinking along and optimising sales processes is a matter of course for you

• You have completed commercial training or have a comparable qualification
• You enjoy making phone calls and customer contact
• You are confident in using MS Office and ideally have experience with Salesforce
• Organisational talent and a structured way of working round off your profile
