• Assigned customers and assigned sales representatives are looked after directly by you
• In the ERP system, you reliably implement all internal sales activities, starting with the preparation of quotations and orders through to delivery
• In addition, you take care of delivery dates and price information
• You are also responsible for the master data maintenance of the customers you look after
• You are also in contact with the customer:inside and the sales force

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, e.g. as a forwarding and logistics services clerk, industrial clerk (m/f/d), office management clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• You are characterised by your good PC skills
• You also have a good command of English
• You enjoy telephone contact with customers and field service representatives
