• You are responsible for receiving and processing incoming customer enquiries and orders (by telephone and in writing)
• You are also responsible for managing internal and external interfaces for order processing with a view to deadlines and customer commitments
• You take care of the processing of returns and complaints with a solution-oriented view
• You take over the telephone support of existing customers as well as the administrative support of our field service

• You have completed training as an office administrator (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• Ideally, you have professional experience in internal sales
• You are confident in using MS Office and the SAP system
• You are characterised by a good command of written and spoken German
• Reliability, team spirit and strong negotiation and communication skills speak in your favour
• Your analytical thinking, structured way of working and a high level of initiative round off your profile
