For our client, a medium-sized tyre and wheel wholesaler in Oederan, we are looking for you as Internal Sales Clerk (m/f/d) as part of the temporary employment with takeover option.

Job description

  • You will be responsible for the comprehensive support of customers from the initial order acceptance to the final invoicing and conscientiously maintain all relevant data in the merchandise management system
  • In addition, you will be responsible for the preparation of customised offers and their consistent follow-up to ensure optimal exploitation of market potential and a high completion rate
  • Furthermore, you will be responsible for the continuous monitoring of deadlines to ensure timely delivery to the customer:
  • Including the professional preparation of all necessary delivery notes and accompanying documents
  • The proactive interface function to production and logistics is also part of your tasks, to proactively ensure a smooth process within the entire internal order processing chain at all times
  • as part of your job, you will actively support the branch manager in various administrative and organisational tasks at the location and thus contribute to relieving the management level
  • finally, you will be responsible for the preparation of well-founded analyses and evaluations and independently conduct detailed research on the current market situation and the identification of potential new customers:inside


Requirements

  • You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship as an industrial clerk (m/f/d), wholesale and foreign trade clerk (m/f/d) or office management clerk (m/f/d)
  • In addition, you have sound professional experience in a comparable position in order processing, which you have ideally already gained in a structured, environment
  • Your professional working style is characterised by your confident knowledge of the common MS Office applications, especially Excel, as well as an experienced handling of modern merchandise management systems
  • German language skills at native speaker level in spoken and written as well as a clear and precise way of expressing yourself for daily communication with customers:
  • Furthermore, you have a high level of communication skills and a pronounced service orientation, whereby you always act in a friendly and confident manner towards your conversation partners
  • Finally, you are a motivated team player with a healthy dose of humour and always work extremely carefully, in a structured manner and with a high degree of initiative
