• You will be responsible for independently creating quotations, tracking them and processing orders
• You will ensure that everything runs smoothly
• You will also work closely with our sales team:You will also be the first point of contact for questions about current orders, quotations or stock levels
• You will correspond professionally with customers and business partners in German and English

• You have completed vocational training in the commercial sector, e.g. as an industrial clerk (m/f/d), office management assistant (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• You have already gained experience in dealing with customers
• Ideally, you have experience in internal sales
• You are the central interface between customers, production and other departments
• How to use ERP / CRM systems and MS Office programs is no problem for you
• You have a very good command of written and spoken English
• You are characterised by your organised, careful, independent and responsible way of working
