For our client, a medium-sized company in the industrial bonding technology sector in Remscheid, we are looking for you as Internal Sales Clerk (m/f/d) as part of the temporary employment with takeover option.

Job description

  • You will be responsible for the comprehensive support of your defined customer base and act as a competent and solution-oriented contact person for all sales enquiries
  • In addition, you will be responsible for the precise recording and processing of all customer orders in the modern ERP system and ensure on-time delivery
  • Furthermore, you will be responsible for the calculation of individual offers and the follow-up of these offers, to ensure optimal utilisation of the market potential in your sales area
  • The professional processing of complaints and the clarification of technical queries in close coordination with production are also part of your daily tasks
  • As part of your job, you support the sales management in the preparation of sales statistics and market analyses and prepare important decision-making bases for the management
  • Finally, you are responsible for the maintenance of master data in the CRM system and contribute to the success of the company through yoursystem and contribute significantly to the high data quality within the company through your conscientious way of working

Requirements

  • You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship as an office management assistant (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or wholesale and foreign trade management assistant (m/f/d)
  • In addition, you have sound professional experience in the field of internal sales or industrial customer service, ideally with a background in the technical supply industry
  • You have a sound knowledge of the common MS Office applications and experience in working with professional ERP systems and modern CRM solutions
  • You have a native level of written and spoken German and a fluent command of English for internal and external communication with all parties involved
  • Furthermore, you have a high level of communication skills and a strong service orientation, to always advise customers in a professional and friendly manner
  • Finally, you are an absolute team player and always work in a structured manner, independently and with high quality standards for your own daily work performance
