Job description

  • You will be responsible for correspondence with our customers and sales representatives in Germany and abroad
  • In your daily work, you will prepare and send out quotations
  • Process and record customer orders independently
  • Reliably prepare various controlling documents
  • Prepare and maintain price lists
  • You will also coordinate the maintenance of master data

Requirements

  • You have completed training as an office management assistant (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
  • With your good knowledge of MS Office, you will be confident in your day-to-day work
  • In sales, customer advice and support as well as in scheduling and monitoring, you will apply your basic knowledge in a targeted manner
  • You have extensive experience in spreadsheet calculation with Excel, word processing with Word, in correspondence, processing, classic office and administrative tasks as well as in order acceptance and processing
  • Knowledge of English is an advantage for your new role
