For our client, a medium-sized company in the precast concrete and building systems industry in Schwaig, we are looking for you as Internal Sales Administrator (m/f/d) as part of direct placement.

Job description

  • You will be responsible for the preparation of quotations according to individual specifications and ensure precise and timely processing for all customers
  • In addition, you will be responsible for processing order confirmations and invoicing and reliably ensure compliance with all commercial deadlines
  • Furthermore, you will be responsible for correspondence with business partners:and handle the daily incoming and outgoing mail professionally, taking internal priorities into account
  • Processing complaints is also one of your tasks, whereby you act in a solution-oriented manner and ensure a high level of satisfaction among all customers involved:
  • As part of your job, you actively support customer service and are available by telephone as a competent contact person for all commercial questions
  • In addition, you support master data maintenance in the merchandise management system and ensure that the database is always up-to-date and error-free through your conscientious working methods
  • Finally, you are responsible for general filing and administrative activities and thus make a significant contribution to a structured everyday office life within your team

Requirements

  • You have completed training as an office management assistant (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or wholesale and foreign trade management clerk (m/f/d)
  • In addition, you have sound professional experience in administration or internal sales and are familiar with the processes of a modern commercial administration
  • You are particularly well versed in the common MS Office applications and in dealing with modern merchandise management systems
  • Your German language skills at native speaker level in spoken and written are essential for communicating with customers and preparing correspondence:
  • You will also have a high level of teamwork and communication skills in order to always act professionally in exchange with colleagues and suppliers:in a professional manner at all times
  • Finally, you are a team-oriented personality and work in a structured and reliable manner, which means that you always maintain an overview even with a high workload
  • In addition to your professional expertise, you also have a valid work permit and permanent residence in Germany
