Job description
- You will actively support the sales management in operational and administrative matters and ensure a smooth process within the entire department
- In addition, you will be responsible for the full support of the freelance field staff and coordinate communication between the office staff and external partners
- Furthermore, you will look after the customer by providing competent written and telephone advice and ensure high service quality without sales pressure or outbound activities

- The creation of customer master data and continuous maintenance in the proALPHA merchandise management system will also be part of your daily tasks, to ensure an error-free database
- as part of your job, you will support the creation of regular reports and complex sales evaluations and prepare them professionally and clearly for the decision-makers
- finally, you will be responsible for creating, checking and maintaining marketing materials and actively participate in the organisational preparation for trade fairs and any personal participation in trade fairs
Requirements
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship as an office management assistant (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or wholesale and foreign trade management clerk (m/f/d)
- In addition, you have initial sound professional experience in the field of internal sales or in a comparable position with direct contact to customers
- You are confident in the common MS Office applications, especially in Excel with pivot tables and S-references as well as in Word and Outlook,
- You have a native level of written and spoken German and a very good command of English for communication in an international working environment
- Furthermore, you have a high degree of customer orientation and strong communication skills and always remain resilient and solution-oriented even in stressful situations
- Finally, you are an absolute team player and work in a structured, organised manner and with a high level of conscientiousness in your daily tasks
