Job description
- You will be responsible for actively acquiring new customers and providing comprehensive support to your existing customers to sustainably increase customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty to your company
- You will focus on the independent creation, calculation and consistent follow-up of individual offers for an optimally designed and successful sales process
- You will confidently present innovative software solutions at national trade fairs and always represent your company in a competent and service-oriented manner to all potential new customers:and partners
- You coordinate administrative support and close coordination with your sales force with absolute reliability to ensure an efficient and smooth sales structure in the specialist area
- You conscientiously maintain and precisely update the master data in your CRM system on a daily basis to ensure seamless documentation of your personal sales successes and customer interactions
Requirements
- You have successfully completed training as an IT systems management assistant (m/f/d), IT systems administrator (m/f/d) or alternatively as an office management assistant (m/f/d)
- You already have sound professional experience in active internal sales or in qualified customer support for this exciting challenge in the software industry
- Sure handling of common ERP systems as well as comprehensive, knowledge of all MS Office applications are part of your daily tools for an efficient way of working
- German language skills at native speaker level in spoken and written as well as fluency in English are essential for your daily communication with all parties involved:
- Your high level of personal responsibility as well as your strong communication skills, flexibility and ability to work in a team characterise you as an absolute professional in your daily work
