Job description

  • You will be responsible for the comprehensive support of national and international customers:
  • In addition, you will be responsible for the complete order processing of devices, spare parts and services via the modern ERP system SAP S4HANA
  • In addition, you will be responsible for the preparation and calculation of quotations and ensure smooth communication with all interface departments in the company
  • The independent execution of export and customs clearance in compliance with all country-specific regulations

  • As part of your job, you will support the subsidiaries with technical queries and coordinate the dates for worldwide deliveries and service calls

Requirements

  • You have completed training as a wholesale and foreign trade management assistant (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or forwarding merchant (m/f/d) as well as further training as a sales specialist (m/f/d)
  • In addition, you have sound professional experience in internal sales and in supporting international customer structures within a manufacturing industrial company
  • You have a sound knowledge of the ERP system SAP S4HANA and the common MS Office applications.applications distinguish you in your daily work
  • You have a native level of written and spoken German and fluency in English (at least B2 level) for global communication
  • Furthermore, you have a high level of organisational skills and a strong service orientation in dealing with international business partners and subsidiaries
  • Finally, you are an absolute team player and always work in a structured manner, reliable and with a high awareness of sales and customs deadlines
