Job description

  • In the office, you will act as the central point of contact for new and existing customers and provide expert advice on the range of products and services relating to standard containers for construction, industry, trade, the public sector and events
  • You will be responsible for handling all administrative processes, starting with the agreement of rental conditions through to invoicing
  • You recognise the individual needs of customers at an early stage and proactively create tailor-made, economical rental offers
  • Appointment planning and the comprehensive preparation and follow-up of appointments are part of your core tasks

Requirements

  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, ideally supplemented by relevant professional experience
  • Customer and service orientation with a strong focus on quality characterises you in particular
  • A committed, structured and results-oriented way of working is a matter of course for you
  • You approach tasks independently and impress with your communication skills and strong team spirit
