• You take customer orders and record them accurately in the ERP system

• You have completed training as a wholesale and foreign trade management assistant (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or forwarding merchant (m/f/d)
• You have professional experience in internal sales
• You are confident in using an ERP system and the common MS Office applications to support you in your day-to-day work
• In addition, you have a high degree of organisational skills and a strong service orientation
