Job description
- You coordinate and process incoming customer enquiries and systematically forward them in the system
- You demonstrate your reliability when carrying out calculations and preparing quotations - including follow-up until successful completion
- You are responsible for processing customer orders and systematically monitoring important delivery dates

Requirements
- You have successfully completed training as an industrial clerk (m/f/d), technical system planner (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
- You have already gained experience in the sale of complex technical products; knowledge of logistics and export is an advantage for your job
- You have sound user knowledge of MS Office and practical experience with common ERP and CRM systems
- You fulfil international requirements with your confident command of written and spoken English; Further language skills are welcome
- You are willing to travel occasionally as part of your job
- Your way of working is characterised by team spirit, initiative and clear goal orientation
- You combine a professional, personable and convincing manner with strong negotiation skills
