- You will support the internal sales team and work closely with the external sales team to ensure optimal customer service
- You will reliably maintain and process orders in the ERP system
- You will create and manage quotations professionally
- You will be responsible for international customer communication, You are in contact worldwide
- In the export area, you take on preparatory tasks and carefully prepare export and shipping documents
- You carry out precise analyses and calculations in Excel
- You manage the scheduling and coordination of deliveries independently
- You handle complaints in a customer-oriented manner and ensure a prompt solution
Requirements
- You have completed commercial training, preferably as an industrial clerk (m/f/d), and already have some professional experience in the field of export or logistics
- You are confident and experienced with ERP systems such as SAP or comparable applications
- You have a good to very good command of English, You are happy to add other foreign languages
- Your time management is structured and reliable, you are a team player and work conscientiously
- You use MS Office, especially Excel, skilfully for a wide variety of tasks
- A high affinity for numbers and strong analytical skills round off your profile
- You have a good command of German and a valid work permit
